2/11/16 update: No, it did not come through on 2/5/16 as promised. But, I kept following up with MagicJack through e-mail. After exchanging e-mails several times, MagicJack customer service indicated they are in touch with Vonage folks and they would port it by 2/11/16. This time they came through.
